Goody Simple Styles Spin Pin

Hi there!

The post today is about Spin pin.  Have you ever tried to put your hair in a bun and it needs a lot of pins? No? Yes? In my case, it is  because I have a thick hair.  The funny thing is that my hair is the thinnest of all my family members but still, it is thick in my opinion because it takes a long time for my hair to dry and to style? it takes even longer.  I am not complaining here, I am just saying this is one of the reason why when I first saw the spin pin, I doubt it will work with my hair.  Well let's see if this works.

This is what it looks like.  Can you believe that this 2 spin/spiral thing can hold your hair in a bun? Cool right?
I first saw this at CVS while waiting for my son's prescription to be ready.  I wanted to try it but was unsure if it will work.  Imagine my excitement when I see this in the beauty blogger voxbox from Influenster?  My reaction was, YES! I finally can try this.

Let's do the 3 easy steps, shall we!

Step 1.  Pull all your hair into a ponytail.

Step 2.  Twist your hair into a bun.

Step 3.  Put the pin on the top bun and

the other pin on the bottom bun.

TA-DA!! 3 easy steps.  Amazing!! I honestly was shocked.  I did not think it will work.  Well not only that it works but it really holds my bun.  Well of course as long as I don't run because if I do running or any exercise, it falls off.  Hahaha This is proven because I love this product so much, I actually used it while playing volleyball and it fell off.

Side view of my bun.  pretty cool right? This is an awesome invention.  I can really say i am in love.  Haha

The spin pin truly holds my bun so well that it lasts for a few hours before I have to fix it again. However, I put my hair in a bun for all day and it stays with just 2 pins.  Incredible because usually it will take at least 10 or more regular pins to hold my buns.

The goody spiral pin is kinda expensive here so I bought the cheap version of it but it works great too IMHO.

    2. I think goody is available at Metro and Centro. I bought goody paddle brush at Metro (Surabaya though). But if you want the cheaper one just go to Stroberi.
